Terms of Service!

By commissioning me, you hereby accept the terms of services stated:

1. Commission Information
──────────────────────

¤ The character you're commissioning is your own created character or a character that you have permission to commission.¤ It is your job to provide information about this character and the description of the commission (Reference Sheet, Pose Description, etc.)
¤ I reserve all artistic rights to the commission piece meaning it cannot be reproduced, traced, or editted for commercial use.

2. Commission Rules
──────────────────────

I WILL NOT draw -
¤ Baby Furs
¤ Drawings associated with Fascism in any way
¤ Anything to Inspire Hate
¤ In a style "inspired" by an another artistI WILL draw -
¤ Anthros/Feral/Human
¤ Blood and Slight Gore
¤ Scene fitting a characterAnything I didn't mention I might be, or might not be, willing to draw so ask me about it!¤ You may not remove any watermark/signature on your commission.
¤ Be specific about your commission or I will use my artistic freedom for the commission.
¤ Commissions will take approximately 1-2 weeks after payment, although if it seems like it will take longer I will communicate with you immediately.

3. Payment & Refund
──────────────────────

¤ Payment will be conducted over Paypal, where I receive the payment first before I start to work on the commission.
¤ Other payment options can be discussed and explored, but there are no guarantees.
¤ You can receive a 100% refund on your commission before I start working on the commission.
¤ If for whatever reason, I can cancel a commission at any time for any reason, in which case I will refund the money to the commissioner.
